Mission #3: Snake in the Snow
Adder confronts Olaf in a fog-shrouded Blue Moon battle.
Black Hole CO: Adder
Blue Moon CO: Olaf
Conditions: Fog of War
Pre-mission Dialogue:
Adder: So... Lash. How did Flak's battle go?
Lash: Flak? Tee hee hee! He did what he usually did! Make a big mess!
Adder: Very good... for Flak's standards at least.
Lash: So whatdya gonna do about Blue Moon?
Adder: That depends... who's the commanding officer?
Lash: My troops say it's Grandpa! Oh! Oh! Let me fight him! Pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease!
Adder: Quiet Lash! I will take the command. You should be more worried about our transportation. Hawke wants us to move out. Those Green Earth pests have compromised our position. Everyone and their mothers know we're here.
Lash: Aw... You're no fun! Blah!
Adder: Always the child...
Black Hole, Day 1:
Olaf: Attention Black Hole monsters! You're about to face Blue Moon's greatest attack force! And the restored navy!
Adder: Heh heh heh... I would hope so. Any other force, and it would be a waste of my time.
Olaf: What is this? Where is that girl who destroyed my homeland?
Adder: I expected you wanted Lash... so I'm here instead. We wouldn't want to give your "great army" too much of an advantage, since you've most likely adjusted your forces to counter her tactics.
Olaf: Humph. Keep talking snake! Your appearance here won't change my attack plan in the least! If Green Earth can avenge their country, then so shall I!
Adder: Good, very good. Then let's stop with the dramatics. You're wasting my day.
Black Hole Defeat:
Adder: This is... embarassing.
Lash: What happened Adder? I thought you said you were going to crush Olaf!
Adder: Keep talking Lash, and you'll make biggest mistake ever.
Lash: Seems the only mistake here was that you tried to move too quickly. Olaf is only going to rush toward you, so it's better you lie in wait and pick him off one by one. Maybe if you're really good, you'll go visit his HQ with an infantry loaded lander!
Adder: Hm... I knew that.
Lash: Tee hee hee! Sometimes you're so silly Adder!
Black Hole Victory:
Olaf: Impossible!
Adder: Was that it? Surely, you jest.
Olaf: You... you-!
Adder: Pick your mouth up off the ground and go explain to your underlings why it's a bad idea to challenge Black Hole!
Olaf: Next time I'll be ready for any one of you! You'll see!
Adder: Next time? Heh heh heh... you better hope there will be a next time.
Lash: Are you done gloating Adder? It's time to move out! Before he brings back the scarecrow or the little kid!
