Mission #1: Birds of War
Hawke faces Eagle in the opening battle of the Solar Land campaign.
Black Hole CO: Hawke
Green Earth CO: Eagle
Pre-mission Dialogue:
Hawke: Adder, how is the rebuilding of our army coming along?
Adder: Oh, excellent. We should be able to quit this hide-and-seek nonesense soon enoughQ.
Hawke: I wouldn't, but you're entitled to your opinions.
Adder: Oh uh... yes sir.
Hawke: And another thing.
Adder: Hm?
Hawke: Why didn't you alert me that Green Earth forces were approaching?
Adder: They were a small force... I was going to take care of them myself...
Hawke: What did I tell you Adder? Eagle is mine, and mine alone. Don't ever forget what I've told you. I will meet his forces. You will stay here.
Adder: *Gulp* Yes sir...
Black Hole, Day 1:
Eagle: Hawke! Finally! I've found you! Now you're going to pay for everything you've done to Green Earth!
Hawke: Heh, is that so? You're ahead of yourself again. Just like the last time we met.
Eagle: Ahead of myself? You have no room to talk! You're outnumbered!
Hawke: Am I? In truth, you're right where I want you.
Eagle: What? Don't even try to talk your way out of this! It's time you pay for everything!
Hawke: Too angry to see the truth? Very well then. The battle will prove my point soon enough...
Black Hole Defeat:
Hawke: ...
Adder: Hawke, maybe you should try to lead their forces in different directions.
Hawke: I don't need help Adder. I'll split their forces up by using the two seperate bridges, then take them apart. You just stay in your position.
Adder: Hm... yes sir.
Black Hole Victory:
Eagle: How did you-!
Hawke: I wouldn't take much to beat you in the condition you're in, Eagle. You're too angry to think straight. If I were you, I'd take any remaining units and retreat before you really start to take casualties.
Eagle: ... This isn't over Hawke!
Hawke: Until next time.
Adder: Hawke, Flak is bellowing about Yellow Comet approaching on his position! What should we do?
Hawke: Leave Flak to his own devices, he's in Lash's capable hands afterall. We on the other hand, need to move from this area, before Green Earth comes back.
Green Earth CO: Eagle
