General, Germany has emerged from years of political instability and economic hardship under the Weimar Republic. Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party now seek to rebuild the nation's military strength, overturn the Treaty of Versailles, and unite German-speaking territories under the Third Reich. Through rapid rearmament, political coercion, and territorial expansion, Germany moves toward a conflict that will engulf Europe and eventually the world.
As German forces occupy neighboring countries, millions of civilians across Europe will face persecution, oppression, and, ultimately, the Holocaust—one of history's greatest crimes. While this scenario focuses on the military campaigns that preceded World War II, these events remain an inseparable part of the conflict's historical legacy.
Your immediate objectives are to consolidate Germany, secure Central Europe, and prepare for a wider war. Italy and Romania will reinforce your campaign as the Axis alliance expands. Time is critical, General. Strike swiftly before the Western Allies and the Soviet Union can fully mobilize.

Germany's opponents begin with limited development within Germany itself, allowing a rapid consolidation of Berlin before expanding outward.
