Team 1 favors an offensive strategy with its plains and easily accessible road. Team 2 favors an defensive strategy with mountains and large forests. Recommended settings: Fog: Off Cond: Clear Terrain: Normal Days: Infinite Funds: 0 Income: 1000 AI: Normal Lvl Up: On Notes: 1)Yes I play tested it and both sides can achieve victory. Team 1 wins if they are able to keep up a strong offense however if Team 2 is able to beat their forces back it becomes an uphill battle for team 1 due to the lack of chock points on their side of the map. 2)I added the small lake to the north and sea ports to help break up stalemates in middle of the map. Around the bridge in the center. 3)I have only one factory for each player to make the strategy of what you build each turn is more vital than maps with more factories. I have each player start off with 1 infantry unit to cut down on first turn advantage. Smaller the force at the beginning the less FTA comes into play. 4)I worked really hard to give enough cities to allow the player to build units with the default settings but not enough were building the high tech units is a common occurrence. I like the players to have balance "do I build units now or save up for better units later". Also my city placement encourages players to actively expand and defend their territory. 6) Yes this is my first map.
