Yeah, I know I have a challenging map system to work on, but I've been having some troubles with making another map and thinking of ideas, so I thought maybe I should take a little break and go with a fun kind of map. This map is, well, meant for PvP. Unfortunately there is no 4P compatibility on Wi-Fi, but I have a few friends who play DoR, and I've played with them on this map a few times. It's one of the most fun 4P maps I have come across IMO. This map works in both 2v2 and FFA. Snow and sandstorm weather conditions are fine, but fog and rain really screw up the fun of the game (red gets FTA in the middle and can capture the base if in fog). Although there are meteors and paths between each player's "base", it is impossible to send units in and out from the middle. I deliberately did this to make winning in the middle more important. You may want to set starting funds to 6000, as infnatry cost 1500, so therefore each army cannot deploy infantry units in every base until they have captured some cities. IMO, all armies as No Co is the most fun way to play, but you can be any CO really. Obviously ban Caulder, optionally ban Isabella. Enjoy! A 4p FFA map for fun. I decided to have a go at a multiplayer DoR map. I indeed did update it. I know the forests and wastelands between each corner looks disgustingly horrible, but there's no other way I can "separate" each corner, because in DoR there isn't enough surplus to make anymore meteors. In fact, if you copy this map exactly into your DS, you will have 2 left of surplus. Ideas to somehow substitute those lines of forests and wastelands to separate the corners would be great. I made the map bigger, stopped the FTA in the middle and stopped the chokepoints of bridged between the bases. Up for mor criticism on how to fix this map. ~Man, those ruin wastelands look REALLY ugly... I hope St Johnston fixes them up soon -.-~ Yep, I updated again. Changed a few things around, including the name.
