While Colin has left Blue Moon under Commander Olaf's orders, Grit stands watch on the northeastern border of his adopted country (although more asleep than awake). However, he is called to action - and consciousness - by a far-off rumbling. And as his blood turns as cold as the snow, Grit realizes that it -wasn't- thunder.
