After Team Liberty defeated Dark Phantom, he mysteriously disappears into the fog. Releasing Rachel and Nell, they continue their journey through the ocean and make land on a Green Earth island. There they find a CO coming to greet them. Drake-"Ahoy friends! What brings you to the noble land of Green Earth? Andy-"Drake! We have come on a diplomatic trip to enlist Green Earth as an ally against Phantom. Drake-"Phantom? Who is this Phantom? Andy-"He is the new evil ruling leader of Orange Star, he has turned it into a monarchy! We have begun an army to stop his reign of evil. Drake-"Hmm, this is all very confusing...come with me to headquarters so we can straighten all this out. Suddenly cannonfire bombardes the beach! Andy-"We're under attack! Battle positions everyone!!
