"Commander! Good to see you. Even with Von Bolt dead and the rest of Black Hole scattered, we're still having problems. Pirates are destroying our vessels as they attempt to cross the channel and are raiding our costal properties. I need you to locate and destroy all pirate vessels and put an end to their operations in this area."
