Four player version of Coastal Paths. I tried to make it balanced but I fear GE and YC are at disadvantages slightly. Oh well. Removed the choke point at the top of the map since it was no longer balancing. Added some extra properties to even things out and introduced two new bases. And someone told me to put in ports in this map; so I did.
Edit: Fixed GE and YC disadvantage
