Do not vote or comment until you have read the entire description Okay, here is my newest, and possibly stupidest idea for a map: Not only do you have to build an army, but you have to create the terrain around your base as well! Just follow these 10 easy rules, and you'll be playing in no time! 1: You have 100 points to spend on terrain. Every piece has a different value, shown by the diagram on the right of the map. For example, forests are only 1 point, while towers are 5. 2: you may only place terrain in the 8*8 grid near your HQ. That is, the top-left 8*8 grid is orange star's, the top-right is blue moon's and so forth. 3: When creating your own section, plains are free (0 points). I'll explain why I included them in rule 8 4: Bases and airports can only be placed over existing cities in your section. Placing 12 airports would be a bit unfair, even if it gives you almost no terrain. 5: Not really a rule, but you must have 4 human players, incase that wasn't obvious. 6: The first player (OS) places whatever terrain they want to first. Then, they pass it to BM, who places their terrain, and so forth. 7: After YC has placed their terrain, everyone should check that no-one is cheating and has placed more than 100 points of terrain. 8: At this point, YC gets the DS (or GBA, if you use AW2) back. Now they get a further 20 points (plus whatever they had before) with which they can edit opponents terrain. They can only edit the player clokcwise to them (just to make sure you don't try double teaming a player :P). 9: When editing opponents terrain, the points values of stuff is doubled. So, plains cost 2 and stuff. 10: Some terrain has extra rules to them: you cannot override any terrain that costs more than 5 points. You can put pipe seams into pipes, however. 11: Once Yellow Comet has finished destroying opponents territory, they pass the game to Green earth. Then Blue Moon, and finally Orange Star, after which the editing phase is over, and the game is played like a normal match. 12: if these rules don't make much sense (i hope they do, but hope only goes so far :P), but you like the concept, feel free to make your own set of rules. After all, the whole point of the game is to have fun! You can use any settings you want (funds, weather ect), although i advise you decide on them before you start editing.
